Hello,
My name is Jeff Hochberg. I would first like to welcome you to my website. I currently live in Sarasota, Florida. In 1997, after going from job to job, I decided to attend Keiser College here in Sarasota and major in Computer Graphic Design. During my schooling, our professor asked the class if we would like to learn HTML code for building websites. Needless to say we were all excited, because this was not part of the school’s curriculum. It was surprisingly easy to pick up and almost the entire class was becoming more interested in doing web design. I completed my Associates Degree in Computer Graphic Design in late 1998, and graduated with honors.
My first job out of college was working at WWSB ABC 7 in Sarasota. I was hired to help complete the design of their website by creating the graphical elements. I was also responsible for updating the site with news articles. I have to admit I was never really a news person, but after working there for a short period of time I became a news junkie!
As time went by, more duties were assigned to me. I designed web banners for sales clients, constructed and debuted new web pages, created web graphics for promotional campaigns, produced and implemented content for Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other social media outlets, created and monitored efficiency of ad campaigns for website and collected and managed UGC (User Generated Content) submitted by viewers.
Working at ABC 7 for 15 years was a wonderful experience and I learned so much. I always believe in working hard and learning as much as you can in order to be successful. I can’t wait to see what lies ahead for me!
